Blue Water Industries Acquires Hoover Inc.

Blue Water Industries announced today that it has acquired Hoover Inc, a company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, which operates five limestone quarries in Tennessee and Alabama. Hoover also operates three hot mix asphalt plants and provides paving and grading services in Nashville.
