Blue Water Industries Acquires Portfolio of Aggregates Assets in Tennessee and Virginia

On December 29, 2017, Blue Water Industries acquired Aggregates USA, LLC’s Tennessee and Abingdon, VA assets, which include limestone quarries and operations in the Knoxville, Tennessee, Tri-Cities, Tennessee, and Abingdon, Virginia areas. The assets were divested by Vulcan Materials Company during its acquisition of Aggregates USA, LLC.
